Dear Parents,
Here is the sign up for assessment day.SIGN UP
If you feel like your child will struggle with anxiety or be unable to handle coming into school for such a short time, please let me know. I can assess your child on a more typical school day.
Please bring kids to my room (Room L) for assessments and there is no need to sign up with their regular education teacher. If you have already signed up with your child's regular ed teacher please remove yourself from their list.
Thanks
Lisa

First Day- Done
Families,
Today was a great day. A few tears in the morning for some but everyone was in the school routine by afternoon.
Couple of pieces of information.
Snacks and Water- please send snacks and water for our 3rd-5th graders. They have later lunches. Also the air is not working well in the 3rd-5th grade hallways so please dress for heat.
As for the para situation, here's the update. We have one sub that has committed for all next week. I will begin seeing kids next week to start service hours. We will still be short 1 para but are covering as best we can with school staff. We plan to interview Thursday for both positions that are open and will have staff in as soon as possible.
We tried to write in notebooks as best we could today.
Have a great day and stay cool.
Lisa
