Parents,
At school, we often use the zones of regulation to help kids understand if there body is ready to learn. We use the language of "What zone are you in?" It is okay to be in any zone but that if we are in the blue, yellow or red their are things we can do to help ourselves get into the green zone which is our ready to learn zone.
